Refunds and exchanges

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed. Any changes to your order must be contacted to us within 24 hours, you can do this via email or social media.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our fault, we will offer to resend the order in certain circumstances at our discretion.
