Delivery & Returns Policy
Our current processing time is 1-3 working days. Following this, your order will be dispatched and you will be sent a confirmation email.
Please note: Working days are Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
For example, if your order is placed on Monday at 7pm, the first working day is Tuesday.
Delivery:
All delivery times are estimated and may vary due to occasional postal delays. The date of delivery may also vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the item(s) ordered.
UK Delivery (Royal Mail):
Standard 1st Class: 1-2 working days
The Islamic Gift Company reserves the right to refuse re-shipment of an order that has not arrived in the estimated delivery time due to delays by the courier. The Islamic Gift Company reserves the right to refuse refund of your order unless it has been lost in transit; please contact us with any queries.
Damaged Item(s) In Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging or the item(s) on delivery, email us at theislamicgiftcompany@gmail.com, or send us a direct message on Instagram, with an uploaded image displaying the nature of damage.
Please note that The Islamic Gift Company reserves the right to refuse re-shipment of an order without being sent an image that clearly shows the damage.

Refunds and exchanges
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed. Any changes to your order must be contacted to us within 24 hours, you can do this via email or social media.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our fault, we will offer to resend the order at our discretion.
